Who we are

Franco Analytics Pty Ltd, ABN 73 665 591 328, of NSW, Australia 2023 ("Franco", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We collect what you give us. If you email us or complete the Find Your Fit questionnaire, that includes your name, work email, and the business information you choose to share: your category, spend ranges, competitors, data and technology landscape, and team shape.

We also collect standard website analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Why we collect it

To respond to you. Questionnaire answers are used to recommend solutions and an approximate budget, which is the purpose you provided them for. Contact details are used to reply and, where you engage us, to deliver the work. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information to train models for anyone else.

Client data is different

Data you provide during an engagement, for a proof of concept or a delivered solution, is governed by the engagement agreement, not this policy. The short version matches what the rest of this site says: your data stays in your environment, it belongs to you, and it never contributes to a competitor's model.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run our infrastructure, such as hosting, email and form handling, under confidentiality obligations. No one else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose you provided it, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@franco-analytics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

We use the minimum necessary for the site to work, plus analytics. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
